What is the "IMAGINE" Capital Stewardship Campaign?

The goal of the Imagine Campaign is to raise $4,000,000 to complete Phase 1 modifications to the preschool, children’s, youth, and adult classrooms, gymnasium, lobby, and outer exterior of the building, and to pay off the note of the Chevy Chase facility. When the campaign is 50% subscribed, we will initiate detail design. When campaign is 75% subscribed, we will initiate construction. The church has also approved a $2,400,000 debt limit for working capital.
